1941            Construction of Munsyanna Homes was completed
1996
July HUD designates Munsyanna Homes as the most distressed housing development in Indiana.
Sept 16 The MHA Board gives Offer of Sale to the resident council, and asks HUD to grant them dollars to demolish Munsyanna Homes.
1997
April 7 HUD approves a partial demolition (105 of the 279 units) for Munsyanna Homes, but no money came with the approval.
2000 
May 18 MHA applies for a Hope VI grant, but gets denied
2001
Jan 22 Board approves a tax credit submission for Millennium Place I
Mar 26 Millennium Place I application submitted to IHFA
June 7 Millennium Place I awarded tax credits (30 units)
October MHA applies for a Hope VI grant, but gets denied a second time
November Demolition Ceremony for Phase I (108 units demolished)
2002
Mar 31 Demolition of the first 108 units complete
Apr 26 HUD approves Sole Source Procurement for F&C for Millennium Place I
June 3 MHA Infrastructure Contracts begin for Phase I
June 3 RFQ goes out for a HOPE VI Master Developer
June 20 Flaherty & Collins responds to Master Developer RFQ
July 1 Flaherty & Collins Procured to be Master Developer for HOPE VI
October Infrastructure of Phase – I completed
Nov 8 Millennium Place I construction begins
December MHA applies for a Hope VI grant for a third time
2003
Mar 14, Millennium Place I closes on financing
Mar 19 Hope VI grant gets awarded - $12,352,941
Apr 25 Effective Date Grant Agreement – HOPE VI Grant
Apr 25 Demolition & Relocation Approval from HUD
June 30 Millennium Place I delivers its first 5 units
July 11 Millennium Place II LIHTC Application Submission
July 11 Howard Square LIHTC Application Submission
July 31 Millennium Place I delivers another 5 units
Aug 31 Millennium Place I delivers another 2 units
Sept 31 Millennium Place I delivers another 4 units
Oct 24 Millennium Place II - Award of LIHTC Allocation (55 units)
Oct 24 Howard Square - Award of LIHTC Allocation (30 units)
Oct 30 Millennium Place I delivers another 1 unit
Nov 30 Millennium Place I delivers another 4 units
Dec 30 Millennium Place I delivers another 9 units
Dec 31 Millennium Place I - all 30 units are “Placed in Service” and leased-up, therefore meeting all of its goals.
2004
Feb 12 HUD approval of Revitalization Plan
Mar 15 Passage Way funded - transitional housing (10 units)
Mar 19 Millennium Place III LIHTC Application Submission
June 17 Millennium Place III Award of LIHTC Allocation (35 units)
June 30 Relocation Completed
July 1 Howard Square closed on financing
Nov 30 Passage Way is “Place in Service” – all 10 units
Nov 30 Abatement & Demolition of public housing all completed
Nov 15 Millennium Place I wins the Indiana Apartment Associations Prodigy Award as the Best Apartment Community Designed for Government Designed Housing.
Dec 6 Millennium Place II Evidentiary Submission to HUD
2005
Feb 25 Millennium Place IV LIHTC Application Submission
April 22 Millennium Place II closed on financing
May 26 Millennium Place IV Award of LIHTC Allocation (40 Units)
May 30 Howard Square is “Placed in Service” – all 30 units
June 10 Millennium Place & Howard Square are featured in the nationally recognized Affordable Housing Finance magazine
Aug 19 Millennium Place III Rental Term Sheet submitted
Sept 19 Millennium Place III Evidentiary Submission
Oct 25 Howard Square wins the Indiana Apartment Associations Prodigy Award for the best Affordable Apartment Community Designed for seniors in the state of Indiana
Dec 9 Federal Home Loan Bank grants $352,000 for the HOPE VI Home Ownership Program (22 units).
Dec 14 The Federal Home Loan Bank hosted a Christmas Party for the seniors at Howard Square, as well as for the children at Passage Way. These will be featured in their annual funding report.
Dec 15 Millennium Place II is all “Placed in Service” – all 55 units
Dec 15 Howard Square is 100% occupied.
Dec 31 Millennium Place II has leased up 20 of the 55 units, thus meeting its year-end leasing goals
2006 
Jan 5 Millennium Place III closed on financing (35 units)
2006 Projections
Mar Home Ownership closing (22 units)
Apr Millennium Place IV closing (40 units)
Apr Millennium Place II 100% occupied
Dec Millennium Place III all 35 units “Place in Service” and 100% leased
Dec Millennium Place IV all 40 units “Place in Service,” if HUD can keep up with the schedule.
